Job summary

Love Recruitment is seeking a hands-on General Manager in Den Haag to lead a flagship fitness and wellness club with a large member base. You will own operations, wellness, partnerships and the full member journey, while actively managing a high-contact environment.

The role requires senior management experience in fitness or hospitality, a floor presence, and the ability to drive commercial performance in a fast-moving club setting.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience in fitness, hospitality, leisure or high-service environments.
• Hands-on, floor-level leadership with credibility and presence.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including members, staff and partners.
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-demand club settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor during peak and off-peak hours, engaging with members and staff.
• Manage people, resolve conflicts and build a strong, energized team.
• Oversee member experience, atmosphere, hygiene, music and flow.
• Take commercial ownership of revenue streams including memberships, PT, retention and partnerships.
• Control budgets, forecast and plan while upholding brand standards.
• Develop local partnerships reflecting the city and club positioning.
• Ensure P&L focus and operations run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
