Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Engineer to lead deployment, integration, and training of Connected Warfare software in the Netherlands. You will be the first MOPs engineer on the ground, interfacing with Dutch defense customers and end users, and driving successful deployments.

The role emphasizes software, C2 workflows, and data integration over heavy hardware installs, with ownership for mission success and cross‑functional collaboration across Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong software and systems mindset with ability to troubleshoot complex integrations.
• Ability to configure software, diagnose issues, and work with data flows across networks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engagement with operators and military stakeholders.
