Job summary

MRIguidance, a Netherlands-based medical imaging tech company in Randstad, is hiring its first Legal Counsel to build the function from the ground up. This is a unique chance to shape contracts strategy across EU and US markets.

You will draft, negotiate, and automate CLM, advise sales and ops, and ensure GDPR/HIPAA compliance while balancing business needs in a fast-growing scale‑up. The role requires an LLM or Master’s, 3-5+ years experience, and a pragmatic, business-minded mindset.

Qualifications

• LLM or Master’s degree in Law with a focus on Private or Commercial Law.
• 3–5+ years’ post-qualification experience in law firm and/or in-house roles.
• Proven track record drafting and negotiating distribution, licensing, and customer agreements.
• Strong GDPR experience; HIPAA knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; pragmatic, business‑minded and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage cross-border customer and partner agreements.
• Assess contract risks, liability exposure and indemnities.
• Protect MRIguidance’s IP through licensing terms and confidentiality clauses.
• Support GDPR, HIPAA, and data protection compliance in deals.
• Build scalable templates, CLM processes, and automation tools.
