Job summary

Mila Health is hiring its first dedicated Product Designer to lead consumer experiences across mobile and web. You will own end-to-end design from onboarding to checkout, shaping the patient journey with researchers and engineers in a small core team in Amsterdam.

We value a strong portfolio, 5+ years of product design, and the ability to ship rapidly using AI-native design tools. This hybrid role offers significant ownership and growth as Mila expands across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Portfolio showing decisions, constraints and impact.
• Strong across UX, interaction and UI with high visual quality.
• Comfortable taking ambiguous problems and running with them independently.
• Able to ship, learn and iterate using data and user feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own the consumer experience across mobile and web from discovery to launch.
• Design end-to-end flows, UI, and prototyping for the patient journey.
• Collaborate with founders, engineers and the design team to raise usability standards.
