Salary: €2,870–€3,677 gross per month, depending on experience and skill level

About the role

For Mifa in Venlo, we are looking for a hands-on Finishing Operator to work with high-quality aluminium extrusion profiles.

In this position, you will assemble, finish and machine aluminium components according to technical drawings, customer specifications and defined tolerances. This role is ideal for someone with technical production experience who enjoys practical, precise work and takes pride in delivering high-quality products.

What will you do?

• Read and follow work instructions and technical drawings
• Assemble products according to drawings and specifications
• Screw and glue different components
• Install inserts, helicoils, rivet nuts and rivets
• Deburr, brush and sand aluminium profiles
• Perform drilling, reaming and tapping activities
• Work with hand tools and machines, including drills, grinders, milling machines, lathes and belt sanders
• Check dimensions using measuring equipment such as calipers
• Visually inspect products for damage and quality deviationsRegister completed orders in the digital system
• Support and train new colleagues
• Perform minor maintenance activities
• Keep your workplace clean, organised and safe

What are we looking for?

• Experience in assembly, finishing, machining or technical production
• Technical affinity and confidence working with hand tools
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and work instructions
• Knowledge of assembly activities and production processes
• An accurate and quality-focused approach
• Ability to work independently
• VMBO-level working and thinking ability
• Dutch or English language skills
