Job summary

JEK recruitment B.V. is seeking a senior finance partner to the General Manager of a real estate and hospitality group. You will manage a small finance team, oversee tax, structuring, risks and opportunities, and lead the finance work for future hotel openings.

You will also provide insight and asset management for existing properties, and head the wider department including procurement and IT, aligning multiple properties into a single finance setup.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience, ideally in hospitality or real estate.
• Commercial mindset focused on optimisation and revenue growth.
• Good knowledge of Dutch tax and reporting standards.

You’ll be the senior finance partner to the General Manager and manage a small finance team, that handles the technical and project side. You look beyond the numbers: tax, structuring, risks and opportunities.
