Responsibilities

• Design and manage multiple data assets supporting the organization.
• Coordinate non-finance data usage with Finance Teams.
• Support P&L Memo account design and maintenance.
• Coordinate usage of non-finance data assets, owned by cross functional partners, by Finance Teams
• Support the design and maintain P&L Memo accounts such as Corporate MAC or Price, Volume, Mix and Rate calculations
• Participate in the development of the Data Lake governance structure
• Develop, build, manage and curate alternative hierarchies that enable Finance to cross functionally business partner
• Partner with Digital Technologies in supporting the integration of Finance Data assets into various digital tools
• Partner with Digital Technologies to finance data assets are compliant with company standards
• Partner with Master Data to ensure alignment of data assets with Record of Reference tools
• Manage team of six associates

Location : role can be performed in the USA or in Europe.

• Design, build, manage, and curate multiple data assets (models) that support Mars Inc.
• Design, build, manage, and curate financial elements of the Data Mesh that allows connectivity between data assets in order to drive insights that impact decisions making
• Collaboratively across the Mars organization to understand data needs and provide perspective on potential solutions that enable the business to assess performance and drive value creation
• Coordinate usage of non-finance data assets, owned by cross functional partners, by Finance Teams
• Support the design and maintain P&L Memo accounts such as Corporate MAC or Price, Volume, Mix and Rate calculations
