Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a leader to head the Master Data Center of Excellence and Data Migration team in the Netherlands. You will partner with transformation programs, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders to drive enterprise data initiatives and governance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in data management, MDM, governance, and ERP experience, with strong communication skills in English. You will establish governance standards and collaborate across data and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Management, MDM, Governance, or related disciplines.
• Leadership experience in Data Management or Governance functions.
• Strong knowledge of Data Quality, Governance, Master Data, and Data Migration.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or ERP programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and English communication.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience in Data Management or Governance functions
• Strong understanding of Data Quality, Governance, Master Data, and Data Migration practices
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or ERP programs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, fluent in English
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and governance processes
• Experience with automation or AI‑enabled data management capabilities is an advantage
