Job summary

Winclove Probiotics is seeking a Financial Controller to join the Finance team and maintain reliable financial administration and reporting. You will coordinate the audit process, contribute to monthly and annual closings, and oversee inventory valuation and cost prices with a view to professionalising processes and systems.

The role requires a HBO-level Finance & Control degree with at least five years of relevant experience, Dutch GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Odoo, Power BI and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s HBO level in Finance & Control or similar, plus at least five years of experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Dutch GAAP and VAT/ICP and corporate income tax.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo), Power BI and Excel.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical reviews of management reports including balance sheet, P&L and cash flow.
• Manage general ledger and ensure timely financial reporting and journal entries.
• Coordinate the audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Prepare tax returns including VAT, ICP and corporate income tax.
• Support COGS analysis, Gross Margin, and inventory valuation.
• Identify improvements in financial processes and internal controls.
