Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, Controlling or related field.
• Strong in Excel and comfortable with large datasets.
• Interest in financial reporting, consolidation and automation.

Responsibilities

• Annual report preparation: draft and maintain MD&A, prepare financial statements and disclosures, ensure consistency with statements.
• Consolidation and financial reporting: design consolidation workbook, reconcile with NetSuite, map trial balances to statements, create consolidation adjustments.
• Audit support & financial control: track audit adjustments, analyze differences, build dashboards for status and open items.
• Finance automation and process improvement: develop Excel- and Power Query-based reporting, connect Office tools with NetSuite, reduce manual reporting effort.
• Data analytics: analyze financial and operational data, support monthly reporting, develop KPI dashboards.
