Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy seeks an FP&A Analyst – Technology to join the Finance & Controlling team in Sevenum, NL. You will support budgeting, cost analysis, and performance management for the Technology organization, collaborating with IT and Finance to inform strategic decisions.

You will work on business cases, investments, and reporting, while leveraging AI to improve FP&A processes and cost transparency in a fast-growing international business.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in finance or related field.
• 2-4 years of FP&A/Controlling experience.
• Ability to translate financial data into insights and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning and budgeting for the Technology/IT organization.
• Analyze costs, investments, and financial performance; identify variances and risks.
• Prepare management reporting and translate data into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Develop and evaluate business cases and investment decisions with relevant analyses.
• Ensure proper CapEx/OpEx treatment for technology costs and drive cost transparency.
• Contribute to FP&A process automation and AI-driven insights.
