Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst within the Reinvention Services Finance team in Amsterdam. You will work on CFO-focused projects to reinvent financial performance by adopting Generative AI, redesigning operating models, and delivering data-driven insights across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with international teams, contribute to business development, and support client relationships across industries, helping clients realize value from digital finance

Qualifications

• Master’s (WO) degree in Strategy, Business, Finance, Economics, and related topics.
• Experience in project delivery in Finance, either through strategy or management consulting, or finance function industry related internship is preferred.
• Affinity with artificial intelligence, and machine learning technology.
• Understanding of the challenges that CFOs face, finance operating models, intelligent finance processes and enabling ERP technologies.
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations and narratives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English required, fluency in Dutch preferred.
