Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, or business support.
• Experience performing financial reconciliations, audits, or variance analysis is desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial and operational reports to support business decision-making.
• Monitor budgets, expenditure, and financial performance, identifying key variances and trends.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting activities.
• Conduct financial reviews and audits to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with Finance and Operations teams to provide financial insights and support business objectives.
• Assist with process improvements that enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
• Present financial information clearly to stakeholders, helping drive informed business decisions.
