Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Finance Specialist to manage financial administration, support payments, and act as Scrum Master for part of the time. You will work in a team around 10 people handling AR, supplier master data, and payment processes, while contributing to continuous improvement and stakeholder coordination.

You will join the Rabobank Early Career Program, focusing on personal development, leadership, and finance tracks, with opportunities to grow within Finance and the bank.

Qualifications

• HBO degree in the field of finance or similar.
• +1 year of experience within a financial environment.
• Experience or affinity with financial administration processes.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve financial administration processes including accounts receivable and supplier master data.
• Support daily payment processes and help ensure accurate and controlled execution.

You and your future

As Finance Specialist, you know the secrets of keeping financial operations running smoothly while helping teams work smarter every day.

You will work within a team of around 10 colleagues that manages several key financial administration processes. You will contribute to accounts receivable activities, supplier master data management and payment processes, while also supporting the team as a Scrum Master for approximately 20% of your time. You will help create visibility on team priorities, support planning activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

And then? You will build broad experience in financial operations, stakeholder management and agile ways of working. You will develop specialist knowledge while expanding your professional network across Rabobank. You will have the opportunity to grow further within Finance and continue building your career within the bank.

Your development in the Early Career Program

In the Rabobank Early Career Program, you will work on your personal development for 12 months. This includes personal leadership, relevant skills, and various themes such as sustainability, as well as learning how a bank operates. In addition to personal development, you will choose one of the tracks that suits you. In these tracks, you will focus more on the technical content of your role.
