Job summary

Rabobank invites you to join the Talent Internship: Business & IT for a 5–6 month period starting February 1, 2027, in Utrecht. You will work 36 hours per week on real IT challenges, gaining hands-on experience and a broad view of Rabobank’s IT organisation.

You’ll be supported by a buddy and Talent Manager, with opportunities toward a Traineeship or junior roles in Business, IT or Data after completion. A €600 gross monthly internship allowance is provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics, Data Science, Digital Business and Innovation, Complex Systems Engineering, AI or related field.
• Affinity with Information Technology or digital environments.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Enjoy teamwork, share ideas openly and learn from mistakes.
• Growth mindset with interest in complex problem solving, stakeholder management and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Find and interpret data, perform basic analyses and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Act as a linking pin between different stakeholders within Business & IT.
• Help create functional designs or support engineers in developing reliable data solutions.
• Analyze market or customer trends and prepare concise reports for senior stakeholders.
