Job summary

CHOICE for Youth & Sexuality is seeking a Finance and Systems Consultant to assess and strengthen financial systems for the When You(th) Lead program in the Netherlands. You will optimize financial processes, enhance internal controls, and support system integrations and automation.

The role focuses on Exact Online, timesheet registration, MOFA regulations, and financial reporting, with collaboration across teams and international partners. Hybrid work in the Netherlands is available.

Responsibilities

Support the setup and optimization of project financial structures within Exact, ensuring data is properly categorized and aligned with operational activities and IATI structure.
Assess timesheet registration system and link staff and project costs with Exact Online.
Review financial policy to align with Dutch MOFA regulations.
Translate asset registry to Exact Online and asset project list.
Support integration of StoneX for partner payments into bookkeeping.
Integrate financial data into Power BI and contribute to dashboards for the programme.
Improve contract management through Excel or Exact.
