Job summary

War Child Netherlands is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner – Reporting & Systems to strengthen financial planning, reporting, and management information across country offices and global functions.

You will drive Power BI dashboards, optimise Unit4 ERP reporting, map key finance processes, and support donor reporting to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely decision-making for programmes in multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in financial management, business partnering, financial control, reporting, finance systems, or finance transformation roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen financial planning, reporting, and management information across country offices and global functions.
• Lead Power BI reporting solutions and transition from Excel-based processes.
• Support Unit4 optimisation, finance process mapping, and cross-functional collaboration to improve reporting quality and efficiency.
• Ensure donor reporting compliance and alignment with contractual requirements across programmes.
