Job summary

Hiab, a leading provider of smart and sustainable on-road load-handling solutions, seeks a Business Controller for the Benelux region. Based in Meppel, you will act as a senior finance partner to Services leadership, driving monetization, margin expansion, and capital efficiency across the Services portfolio.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, ensuring accurate analysis and governance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Control or Finance Business Partnering.
• Experience in services/industrial sectors preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and digital finance tool experience.
• English fluency with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and financial performance for Benelux Services and Equipment.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
• Ensure revenue recognition, working capital optimization.
• Support M&A and integration activities.
• Ensure governance, standards, and price discipline.
