Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam seeks an experienced Finance professional to drive EPDM CAPEX and support a 3-year plan across European factories. You will join the EPDM Operations Finance team and report to the EPDM Operations Finance Lead, working with senior stakeholders to deliver finance transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities include owning monthly Capex reporting, leading CAPEX planning, and partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A and markets to align on priorities and investments.

Qualifications

• EU Working Permit required.
• Experience in FP&A or Operations finance.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Knowledge of factories P&L and balance sheet.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the EPDM monthly Capex reporting cycle, annual budget and 3-year plan.
• Lead and coordinate the European CAPEX team with high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate CAPEX planning cycles aligning business needs with financial targets.
• Provide visibility on CAPEX performance with analysis and commentary.
• Partner with Ops, Supply Chain, FP&A and market/factory teams for alignment.
• Drive improvements in CAPEX reporting tools and processes.
• Develop the Senior Analyst and coordinate with GCC support.

In Brief, You Are Responsible For

• Own the EPDM monthly Capex reporting cycle, Annual Budget and 3-year plan. Critical thinking is required in order to understand the inputs provided and challenge the stakeholders / functions.
• Lead and coordinate the European CAPEX team, setting priorities, clarifying roles, and ensuring high-quality delivery across planning, reporting, and analysis
• Coordinate CAPEX planning cycles, ensuring alignment between business needs, timing, financial targets, and approval requirements.
• Provide clear visibility on CAPEX performance through regular reporting, analysis, and commentary on spend, phasing, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with key stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, FP&A, and market / factory teams to ensure strong alignment on priorities and investment choices.
• Drive continuous improvement in CAPEX reporting tools, processes, and ways of working. Identify areas of improvement of key business processes and drive changes to processes as required.
• Develop the Senior Analyst and coordinate effectively with GCC support to build an efficient and reliable team model.

Qualifications

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

• Strong Analytical Mindset
• 5-7 years of Experience on Finance (FP&A, Operations)
• Good knowledge of Factories P&L and balance sheet
• Good knwoledge of project mamagement and agile methodology
• Ability to work at advanced level with Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Discipline and Routine-Driven
• Sense of Responsibility and Ownership
