Job summary

DOUXE Hotel Luxury, based in the Netherlands, seeks a Finance Officer to maintain accurate financial records, manage cash flow and support management with insights. This versatile role involves handling invoices, payments, VAT returns and ongoing process improvements within a growing luxury brand.

The position is 24/28 hours per week, with potential growth to 32 hours, and an employment contract for 7 months with prospects of permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Completed financial education.
• Experience in financial administration.
• Proactive and able to contribute ideas.

Responsibilities

• Handling financial administration and ensuring accuracy.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and payments.
• Prepare cash flow analyses and monthly financial reports.
• Support management with insights and advice.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and structure.
• Prepare VAT returns.
• Contribute to company growth.
