Job summary

WSA Retail Benelux, part of WS Audiology, seeks an experienced Finance Manager to be the financial right hand to the General Manager, leading the Finance function and supporting growth in our retail business.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting and IFRS compliance while leading teams and providing data-driven insights in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or related field.
• Extensive experience in Finance and Control, ideally in multi-site or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating results into actions.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance (6 FTE), Facilities (1 FTE), and IT (1 FTE) teams.
• Act as strategic partner to GM and leadership team.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and monthly/annual close.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and corporate guidelines.
• Translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Monitor retail performance and support decision-making.
• Oversee annual accounts preparation and external audits.
• Drive process optimization, digitalization, and finance transformation.
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.

We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Finance Manager to join WSA Retail Benelux. In this role, you will act as the financial right hand and trusted advisor to the General Manager while leading the Finance function and supporting the continued growth of our retail business.

This is a broad leadership position that goes beyond financial control. You will drive business performance, support strategic decision-making, lead process improvements, and play a key role in acquisitions and integrations. We are looking for someone who enjoys combining operational excellence with a strategic mindset and thrives in a dynamic, growing organization.

What You Will Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance (6 FTE), Facilities (1 FTE), and IT (1 FTE) teams.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and the wider leadership team.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, monthly and annual closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial guidelines and IFRS standards.
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze retail performance, supporting decision-making across the organization.
• Lead the weekly operational review meetings and drive accountability for business results.
• Oversee annual accounts preparation and external audits.
• Drive process optimization, digitalization, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
  
  

What You Bring

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Finance and Control, ideally within a retail, multi-site, or service-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating financial results into business actions.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience with BI tools; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Exposure to M&A, acquisitions, or business integration projects is a plus.
