Job summary

WS Audiology zoekt een Talent Acquisition Specialist Benelux die end-to-end recruitment voor WS Retail in de Benelux oppakt en waar nodig Wholesale ondersteunt. Je werft voor winkels en kantoren met focus op hoorzorg-professionals, bouwt sterke relaties op met hiring managers en adviseert proactief over strategieën en marktomstandigheden.

Daarnaast draag je bij aan employer branding, onboarding en talentacquisitie-campagnes, en verbeter je continu de kandidaat-ervaring en het onboarding-proces.

Qualifications

• Meerdere jaren end-to-end recruitment-ervaring.
• Aantoonbare ervaring met direct sourcing.
• In staat om relaties met hiring managers en senior stakeholders professioneel te adviseren.
• Proactieve, hands-on werkwijze met sterke organisatorische en projectmanagementvaardigheden.
• Affiniteit met employer branding, candidate experience en onboarding en vaardig met recruitment data.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of recruitment and onboarding for WSA Retail across the Benelux, while supporting Wholesale recruitment when needed.
• Recruit for store- and office-based positions, with focus on attracting hearing care professionals and other hard-to-find talent.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment strategies, talent availability and market developments.
• Proactively source candidates and build sustainable talent pipelines for business-critical roles.
• Strengthen our employer brand with HR, Marketing and the business through targeted campaigns and events.
• Use recruitment data and feedback to continuously improve our hiring, candidate and onboarding experience.

Als Talent Acquisition Specialist Benelux richt je je voornamelijk op recruitment voor WSA Retail in Nederland. Je werft voor uiteenlopende functies in onze winkels en op kantoor, waarbij de nadruk ligt op het aantrekken van professionals binnen de hoorzorg.

Je bent een vertrouwde partner voor onze hiring managers en adviseert hen over recruitmentstrategieën, marktontwikkelingen en de beschikbaarheid van talent. Tegelijkertijd is dit een hands‑on functie: je benadert zelf actief kandidaten, begeleidt vacatures van intake tot aanbod en zorgt voor een professionele en aansprekende kandidaat ervaring.

Jouw rol gaat verder dan recruitment. Je draagt ook bij aan employer branding, arbeidsmarktcampagnes en onboarding. Zo help je ons een consistente en positieve ervaring te creëren, vanaf het eerste contact met WSA Retail tot en met de succesvolle start van een nieuwe collega.

Deze functie biedt volop ruimte om te bouwen, te verbeteren en zichtbaar bij te dragen aan de groei van WSA Retail binnen de Benelux.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor recruitment en onboarding voor WSA Retail binnen de Benelux en ondersteunt waar nodig bij recruitment voor Wholesale.
• Je werft voor functies in onze winkels en op kantoor, met een sterke focus op professionals binnen de hoorzorg en ander moeilijk vindbaar talent.
• Je adviseert hiring managers over recruitmentstrategieën, de beschikbaarheid van talent en ontwikkelingen op de arbeidsmarkt.
• Je benadert proactief kandidaten en bouwt duurzame talentpools op voor bedrijfskritische functies.
• Samen met HR, Marketing en de business versterk je ons werkgeversmerk door middel van gerichte campagnes, evenementen en andere initiatieven om talent aan te trekken.
• Je gebruikt recruitmentdata en feedback om onze werving, kandidaatervaring en onboarding continu te verbeteren.

Wat breng je mee?

• Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring met het volledige recruitmentproces, opgedaan binnen een organisatie of bij een recruitmentbureau.
• Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met direct sourcing en het aantrekken van kandidaten in competitieve arbeidsmarkten.
• Je bent in staat om sterke vertrouwensrelaties op te bouwen en hiring managers en senior stakeholders professioneel te adviseren.
• Je hebt een proactieve, hands‑on werkwijze en beschikt over sterke organisatorische en projectmanagementvaardigheden.
• Je hebt affiniteit met employer branding, candidate experience en onboarding en werkt gemakkelijk met recruitmentsystemen en data.
• Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands op moedertaalniveau en beheerst daarnaast de Engelse taal goed. Kennis van het Frans is een pré.

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist Benelux, your main focus will be recruitment for WSA Retail in the Netherlands. You will recruit for a broad range of positions across our stores and offices, with a particular focus on attracting hearing care professionals. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, advising them on recruitment strategies, market developments and talent availability. At the same time, this is a hands‑on role: you will actively source candidates, manage vacancies from intake to offer and ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience. Your role goes beyond recruitment. You will also contribute to employer branding, talent attraction campaigns and onboarding, helping us create a consistent and positive experience from the first interaction with WSA Retail through to a new colleague’s successful start. What You Will Do

What You Bring

• Several years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, gained in an in‑house or agency environment.
• A strong track record in direct sourcing and attracting candidates in competitive talent markets.
• The ability to build trusted relationships with and advise hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach combined with strong organisational and project management skills.
• An interest in employer branding, candidate experience and onboarding, as well as confidence in using recruitment systems and data.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch (native) and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
