Job summary

Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Manager Finance to own budgeting and financial analysis to support the CFO and budget holders. The role oversees day‑to‑day finance operations, controls and external reporting, and provides line management to a finance colleague.

Driving automation and AI-enabled workflows is central, with scope to extend beyond finance in the longer term. Remote/hybrid work and full-time hours are offered.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance with a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent).
5+ years in a senior financial role, NGO/grant experience a plus.
Proven in finance process improvements, automation and reporting tools.
Experience managing budgets > €10 million and month-end close.

Responsibilities

Own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning with robust analysis.
Lead automation and process improvements across finance and admin.
Maintain strong financial controls, external reporting and tax work.
Provide line management and develop a finance colleague.
