Job summary

Atlas NextWave is seeking a Project Controller to join an international team focused on energy transition projects. You will act as a trusted finance partner throughout the project lifecycle, guiding budgets, forecasts and commercial decisions to keep projects on track.

You will coordinate with project managers, sales, legal, procurement and tax teams, ensuring robust financial reporting and accurate SAP setup.

Qualifications

• Requires HBO/Bachelor in Business Economics or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and structured approach.
• Proficient with SAP and Excel and MS Office.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost control and financial reporting.
• Oversee invoicing, cash flow and project financial administration.
• Identify and manage commercial risks, contractual obligations and claims.
• Support sales proposals with cost calculations and credit checks.
• Collaborate with customers on commercial matters and negotiations.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, logistics and tax teams across international units.
• Ensure accurate SAP project setup and compliance with internal controls.
