Job summary

Hunkemöller invites you to join the Best Internship in Retail (BIIR) program starting September 2026. You will support AP/AR, master data upkeep, and drive process improvements in a hands-on finance internship.

As one of 50+ interns, you’ll receive mentoring, a buddy, a hybrid work setup with WFH options, an internship allowance of 450€ per month, travel support, staff discounts, a company laptop, and opportunities to attend company events.

Qualifications

• WO (preferred) or HBO student in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics or Business Administration.
• Intermediate knowledge in Excel.
• Analytical skills with attention to details.
• Accurate and numerate.
• Hands-on and able to work both independently and with respect to deadlines.
• You’re motivated, eager to learn and have good communication skills.
• You’re fluent in English – written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams with day‑to‑day operational tasks
• Assist with special finance projects and process improvement initiatives
• Help clean up, review, and maintain financial master data (vendors, partners)
• Support invoice processing, payment follow‑ups, and basic reconciliations
• Assist with data checks, reporting, and documentation of procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial administration
