• Enrollment in university for the full duration of the internship.
• EU nationality or study in the Netherlands as required by Dutch legislation.
• Available for 6 months and full-time internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in accounting and administrative duties related to accounts payable and payments.
• Maintain vendor master files per policy and GAAP.
• Review invoices for correctness and documentation before recording.
• Record approved invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
• Reconcile bank transactions and daily bank accounting.
• Organize financial records with adequate backup documentation.
• Prepare reconciliations and assist with other projects as needed.
