Job summary

Conscious Group is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to own the financial engine of our growing hospitality group, including Conscious Hotels, Hotel V and F&B concepts. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the finance and administration team and drive end-to-end financial reporting, planning, control and cash management.

You will build a strong financial foundation for the next phase of growth, manage multi-entity budgeting, KPI dashboards, tax compliance, audits, and investor reporting,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and administration team and ensure payroll compliance.
• Own monthly closing and reporting across all entities.
• Develop KPI dashboards for hotel managers and department heads.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and rolling cash-flow planning.
• Oversee statutory and management reporting and coordinate audits.
• Advise CEO on capital structure and financing decisions; manage investor reporting.
