Job summary

Dynapps, experts in Odoo, seeks a finance-focused consultant to analyze, optimize, and digitize clients’ finance processes. You will work with diverse clients, leading from analysis through implementation, guiding change and training key users along the way.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues across development, project management and other business consultants, leveraging AI tools and best practices to deliver impactful digitisation projects in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Affinity with AI in the role.
• Clear and accurate documentation/administration.
• Passion, entrepreneurial mindset and decisive.
• Strong communication within team and with clients.
• Experience as finance analyst, accountant, business analyst, ERP analyst or similar.
• Experience with implementations, business process optimization or functional management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, optimize and digitize finance processes for clients.
• Lead from functional analysis and solution design to successful implementation.
• Configure software and set up the ERP environment in consultation with the client.
• Test and validate the developed environment to ensure it meets client requests.
• Coach clients through training sessions, documentation, and clear workflows.

Dynapps | Experts in Odoo 101 subscribers

• Through workshops and surveys, you will analyze the business processes of your clients and determine how these processes can be aligned with Odoo.
  
• You are creative and communicative in formulating and developing advice, solutions, and potentially additional improvement proposals.
• You act as a sparring partner for the client and work together to make business processes more efficient.
• You write reports, manuals, and technical documentation that bridge the gap between business and IT. Administrative work and technical manuals donot intimidate you.
• You actively use AI tools, as they have become an integral part of the IT landscape.
• In consultation with the client, you configure the software and set up the ERP environment.
• You test and validate the environment your colleague has developed for the client. It is your responsibility to ensure it conforms to the client's request.
• You coach the client through training sessions, documentation, and clear workflows. You guide the key users through the change process.
• You work closely with your colleagues in the office, including developers, project managers, and your fellow business consultants, as implementations often involve additional features.

• You understand the importance of clear and accurate documentation/administration.

• You love diving into complex issues and coming up with creative solutions.
• You have experience as a finance analyst, accountant, business analyst, ERP analyst, or in a similar role.
• You have experience with implementations, business process optimization, or functional management.
