Job summary

OranjeWood is seeking a bilingual Business Consultant in the Netherlands/Hybrid/Full-time role. As part of an experienced Odoo team, you will analyze client needs, map business processes, and deliver transformational insights for global clients.

You will work closely with our team to guide deployments through the full project lifecycle, communicating clearly with stakeholders and promoting our services. Dutch and English fluency, travel willingness and ERP experience (Odoo) are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in marketing, finance, business management or related fields.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially Odoo.
• Highly creative and autonomous.

• Proven experience working with ERP systems (Odoo experience preferred)
