Do you want to be leading the way with the latest technology and AI within our Finance processes, analytics and reporting? At Planon, a global, fast‑growing SaaS organization and part of Schneider Electric, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will not only build and interpret value adding analytics but will do so by pioneering with latest developments. In this role, you will go beyond traditional financial control. You will be one of our quartermasters guiding the Finance community into new ways of working using latest FinTechs. You will be supporting the strategy to make this transition in Finance.

What will you do

• Support the Business Controllers and Manager FP&A with value added reports, analytics and interpretations to determine data driven business decisions.


• Analyze financial results and translate data into clear, actionable business insights.


• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning processes.


• Monitor internal and external trends and benchmarks as input for both short- and long-term decision making.


• Support initiatives that drive profitability and operational efficiency in both Business End-to-End processes and surely within Finance processes with particular focus on reporting and analytics.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A theoretical background in AI with basic understanding but clear interests in finance could also be a fitting profile.


• Prior experience within Finance and/or AI is a definite pro for this position. Strong foundation to understand complex processes and data models; abstract thinking capabilities.


• Affinity with or experience in SaaS and services‑based business models is a plus. Teamplayer mentality and not afraid to be in front of the crowd.


• Proactive, communicative, and solution‑oriented mindset.


• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
