Job summary

The Kingfish Company is seeking an experienced CMMS Planner to manage maintenance planning and Fiix software for the Zeeland hatchery, production, processing and facilities teams. You will maintain asset data, PM schedules and work orders to minimize downtime on critical life-support systems and support compliance across disciplines.

The role requires hands-on experience with CMMS, a technical mindset, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning in a similar environment.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems (Fiix a plus).
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the CMMS (Fiix): assets, PM schedules, checklists, and work orders across relevant departments.
• Build and monitor preventive maintenance plans for critical equipment (pumps, biofilters, UV, PLC/SCADA assets).
• Schedule and prioritize work orders with technicians and client departments; minimize downtime.
• Issue work orders based on skill and availability for efficient execution.
• Monitor time-to-complete on work orders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze maintenance data and report on performance and improvements.
• Coordinate spare parts stock levels and reorder points.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records (asset history, warranties, inspections).
• Support compliance with animal welfare, food safety, and H&S regulations.
• Identify reliability improvements and support Fiix training for colleagues.
