Job summary

Darwin Professional Staffing zoekt een Field Service Technician voor onderhoud en service aan industriële wasserijmachines in heel Nederland. Je reist naar klantlocaties, diagnoseert en repareert systemen en installeert nieuwe machines.

Je werkt met geautomatiseerde productiesystemen, leest schema's en bewaart nauwkeurige interventie- en onderdelenregistraties. Vereisten: ervaring met mechanische en elektrische troubleshooting en een rijbewijs.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met industriële machines en automatiseringsoplossingen.
• Goede reading van elektrische/hydraulische schema's.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose en repareer industriële wasserijmachines bij klantlocaties.
• Voer preventief onderhoud en service-inspecties uit.
• Installeer en inbedrijfstel van nieuwe machines en productiesystemen.
• Los mechanische, elektrische, hydraulische en pneumatische storingen op.
• Lees en werk aan elektrische/hydraulische schema's.
• Documenteer interventies en onderdelen gebruikt.

Industrial Field Service Technician globe (3) € 4,200 / month hourglass (1) Permanent business cards (1) Heavy Equipment 0 Location: Central Netherlands Language: Dutch required Work authorisation: Right to work in the EU required About the role An international manufacturer of highly automated industrial laundry machinery and complete laundry systems is looking for Field Service Technicians to support customers across the Netherlands. The equipment is used in large-scale commercial and industrial laundries , including customers serving hospitals, hotels, hospitality businesses and workwear operations. This is heavy industrial machinery rather than domestic or standard commercial laundry equipment. You will travel to customer sites to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, install and commission automated laundry systems.

What you will be doing

• Diagnose and repair industrial laundry machinery at customer sites
• Carry out preventative maintenance and service inspections
• Install and commission new machines and production systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults
• Read and work from electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Replace worn or failed components and return equipment to operation
• Support customers with technical problems and machine performance
• Work on highly automated machinery and production-line equipment
• Keep accurate records of service interventions and parts used

What we are looking for

• Previous experience as a Field Service Technician, Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, Service Engineer or similar
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
• Experience with industrial machinery, automated production equipment, FMCG machinery or similar
• Hydraulic and/or pneumatic experience is a strong advantage
• Comfortable travelling to customer sites throughout the Netherlands
• Independent and customer-focused working style
