Job summary

ALARA is a dynamic organization solving noise-related problems. We recruit several Supervisors for our field service team to manage 2–10 employees/subcontractors, coordinating with clients and ensuring project goals are met on time.

You will lead on-site projects domestically and internationally, travel as needed, and ensure safety and quality at all stages. English is required; German is a plus. The role includes a strong team emphasis, ongoing learning, and competitive terms.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO level preferred, mechanical engineering background.
• At least 10 years in a project-based organization.
• Valid VCA VOL certificate and driver’s license B.
• Willing to travel for projects and work irregular hours.
• Good command of English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 2–10 employees/subcontractors; coordinate with clients and suppliers.
• Ensure safety and that project/product is assembled within hours and schedule.
• Identify scope changes and coordinate with client accordingly.
