Job summary

Ishida Europe Ltd is seeking a Service Engineer - Key Accounts to support and service food manufacturing equipment across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will install and commission Ishida equipment, diagnose faults, train customer teams, and drive equipment performance at major sites.

Travel extensively, build strong relationships with key accounts, and collaborate with cross-country teams to deliver world-class service.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing, engineering or related technical field.
• Strong electrical and mechanical engineering knowledge.
• Excellent problem solving and fault-finding skills.
• Confident communicator who can explain technical information clearly.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Basic working knowledge of German.
• Willingness to travel extensively across EMEA.
• Based in Germany or the Netherlands within approximately 350km of Düsseldorf.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission Ishida equipment across EMEA.
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and perform preventative maintenance.
• Build trusted relationships with key account customers and become their go-to technical expert.
• Deliver technical training and share expertise with customer teams.
• Support installation projects and help customers optimise equipment performance.
• Collaborate with local service teams, engineers, customer service colleagues and account managers across multiple countries.
• Support new product introductions and emerging technologies.
• Travel extensively throughout EMEA to support customer sites.
• Represent Ishida at customer events and industry exhibitions when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer performance and service delivery.
