Chemelex in the Netherlands seeks a technical and commercial field salesperson to promote electrical heat-tracing and thermal-management solutions to industrial end users, contractors and OEMs across the West and Central Netherlands.

You will develop existing accounts and hunt new business, travel regularly, present tailored solutions, and support territory growth while aligning with the Benelux sales strategy. This home-based role offers a dynamic, customer-focused environment within Chemelex.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's level in engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of technical B2B sales experience.
• Fluent Dutch and professional English; French is a plus.
• Experience with industrial electrical products or process tech is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with end users, contractors and OEMs.
• Travel throughout the Benelux, mainly the Netherlands.
• Translate customer requirements into Chemelex solutions.
• Manage opportunities from contact to quotation, negotiation and closing.
• Hit sales, margin and growth targets for the portfolio.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and develop account plans.
