Job summary

Real Result B.V., part of Buyers Edge Platform, seeks a Field Sales Account Manager to drive new business and nurture relationships in the field. You will be the face of the company, building sustainable customer partnerships and aligning solutions with client needs.

You will operate in a high-energy, target-driven environment, managing a pipeline and negotiating strategic deals while delivering outstanding customer value. A bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years B2B field sales experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Commercial Economics or Business Administration).
• 3–5 years of demonstrable field sales experience (B2B).
• Strong negotiation, Dutch language skills (English preferred).

Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Account Manager at Real Result B.V., you are the face of our organization in the field. You are responsible for generating new business and building sustainable customer relationships. Your goal is to strengthen Real Result B.V.'s market position and achieve our commercial objectives by selling high-quality, results-driven solutions to our target audience.

As a Buyer at Real Result, you are the linchpin in strategic purchasing processes. You work closely with various leading players in the sector, from hospitality to catering and from Leisure to on-the-move. Our client base is diverse and impressive. Your impact:

• New business generation: actively acquire new customers and build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Relationship management: maintain and deepen contact with existing customers to leverage cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Consultative sales: conduct advisory conversations and translate customer needs into concrete solutions.
• Quotations & negotiations: prepare competitive proposals, negotiate pricing and close deals successfully.
• Market analysis: identify market trends, analyze competitors and propose portfolio improvements.
• Administration: record customer data, meetings and sales opportunities accurately and on time in the CRM system.
• Revenue growth: achieve individual sales quotas and contribute to overall revenue targets.
• Customer satisfaction: deliver high customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.
• Pipeline management: maintain a steady flow of qualified leads and a predictable forecast.

• Driving licence: holder of a category B driving licence.
