Job summary
Auterion is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to drive the integration and deployment of Auterion-powered drone systems with partners. You will collaborate with production, hardware, firmware/software and operations teams to ensure platform bring-up, field testing, and successful customer deployments; translate requirements into robust system architectures built on AuterionOS and Skynode.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Proficient in C/C++ and Python.
- Experience with Linux, Docker, and basic networking.
- Hands-on hardware/software integration and system bring-up.
- Willing to travel and work on-site with customers.
- EU citizenship is required for security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Auterion-powered drones.
- Configure and adapt solutions; contribute to core software development.
- Troubleshoot integration and flight-readiness issues in the field.
- Serve as technical authority in customer engagements.
- Participate in flight tests to validate stability and safety.
- Contribute to documentation and engineering process improvements.
