Job summary

GROW is seeking an Electrical Technician for a Renewable Energy / Power Distribution client in the Netherlands. The role covers installation, maintenance and fault resolution of low to medium voltage networks in field conditions.

You will work with tablet-based planning tools, mentor junior mechanics, and participate in on-call fault response every 5 weeks. Visa processing and onboarding steps follow after initial screening.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in automotive electrical systems
• Graduate of a vocational course or diploma in Automotive Electrical or related field (required)
• Holder of a relevant electrical certification/license (e.g., TESDA)
• Knowledgeable in vehicle electrical systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot low and medium voltage electrical networks.
• Respond to and resolve faults in power lines and electrical systems.
• Supervise and mentor junior electrical mechanics in training.
• Operate independently in the field using tablet-based planning tools.
• Participate in on-call and fault response service every 5 weeks.
