ASML is seeking a Customer Support Projects Engineer for its CS DUV Mature Products & Services UIR team in the Netherlands. You will diagnose failures, install and upgrade equipment, and coordinate field service while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

You will train users, prepare technical reports, and work with experienced colleagues to solve complex issues. Worldwide travel is required.

Formación

• Relevant engineering background with problem-solving skills.
• Experience in service or maintenance of complex equipment.
• Willingness to travel worldwide and adapt to customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Install equipment at customer locations, including upgrades and relocations on PAS platform.
• Diagnose problems, provide repairs, and offer technical support with customers and colleagues.
• Monitor and optimize equipment daily to improve functionality and prevent issues.
• Advise users on actions to correct malfunctions promptly.
• Train customers in use and maintenance, addressing questions professionally.
• Handle administrative tasks: changes, work orders, field service, and reports.
• Prepare written technical reports accurately and independently.
