Job summary

Sessùn is seeking a Store Manager for our Amsterdam flagship. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, and develop the team in line with brand strategy. You’ll be the brand ambassador, ensuring Sessùn image and a premium customer experience.

Requirements include 1+ year in a similar role in fashion retail, fluent Dutch and English, and a dynamic, proactive approach. This is a permanent, full-time position with flexitime and opportunities to grow within the Sessùn community.

Qualifications

• Passionate about fashion and retail with at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; proactive and dynamic mindset.
• Strong understanding of store KPIs and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Overall day-to-day store operations and performance.
• Lead, coach and develop the store team to achieve targets.
• Analyze business and partner with Area Manager to maximize sales.
• Ensure superior customer service and Sessùn brand image.
• Plan in-store briefings and staff onboarding; manage staff relations.
