Job summary

CHANEL Amsterdam is seeking a Fashion Advisor to maximize sales while upholding the brand's standards. You will build lasting client relationships through expert product knowledge, exceptional service, and a refined personal presentation.

You bring at least 3 years of luxury retail experience, RTW familiarity is a plus, and you are fluent in Dutch and English. You are a proactive team player living in or near Amsterdam and available full-time.

Qualifications

• Successful shop floor experience of at least 3 years in luxury environment/Fashion.
• RTW experience will be considered a strong asset.
• Passion for client experience, fashion and luxury.
• Self-driven, positive, and independent personality.
• Trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethics.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Living in or around Amsterdam and full-time available.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunities while maintaining Chanel standards.
• Create strong client relationships and brand loyalty through excellent service and product knowledge.
• Provide a luxurious client experience with prompt, warm, and courteous service.
• Lead in building new customer relationships and convert walk-in traffic to clients.

In the position of Fashion Advisor, you will maximize all sales opportunities whilst maintaining the CHANEL standards in all areas. You will create strong client relationships and brand loyalty by ensuring excellent client service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation, and teamwork at all times. You have great styling ability, an entrepreneurial spirit, and are a brand ambassador of the highest order.
