Job summary

TNO is seeking a Facility Services Coordinator to manage facility services across Delft and Zoetermeer. You will lead coordination with suppliers, drive improvements, and support contracting while ensuring service quality and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate budgets, space allocations, and on-site moves, while guiding facility staff and ensuring security. The role requires a HBO-level degree, Dutch and English proficiency, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in a relevant field such as Facility Management.
• Knowledge of facility management processes.
• Experience in a service-oriented role within a larger facility management organization.
• Affinity with technology and systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational facility services across multiple locations (Delft and Zoetermeer).
• Conduct progress meetings with suppliers (cleaning, catering, reception).
• Support (re)contracting of services and input for supplier management.
• Provide on-site guidance to facility staff and monitor budgets and space usage.
• Ensure site security and act as Local Security Officer; report incidents and participate in security planning.
