As Facility & Quality Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our hotel continuously meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and operational excellence.
As Facility & Quality Manager, you are responsible for safeguarding the overall quality, cleanliness, appearance, and sustainability of ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport.
As a member of the Hotel Management Team, you oversee one of the most visible and impactful areas within the hotel, ensuring that our 644 guest rooms, public areas, facility services, and sustainability initiatives consistently meet ibis brand standards and guest expectations.
The housekeeping operation is fully outsourced to an external partner. You are responsible for monitoring quality standards, operational performance, and service delivery. Supported by two Room Inspectors, you ensure that guest rooms are delivered on time and at the highest possible standard in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
In addition, you are responsible for linen management, guest and employee laundry services, facility-related suppliers, inventory management, budgeting, sustainability projects, and the overall appearance of the hotel, both inside and outside.
This unique leadership role combines quality assurance, housekeeping governance, supplier management, sustainability, and operational excellence within one of the largest ibis hotels in Europe.
