Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Good PC-based skills, intermediate to advanced in Concept, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance on building plant and equipment.
• Respond to Building Management System alarms and effect emergency repairs.
• Supervise subcontractors ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.
