Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced Facility Supervisor for Goldman Sachs in The Hague. You will lead the facilities team, coordinate daily operations, and ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained workplace for the client and its employees.

You will manage supplier performance, budgets, and compliance with CBRE standards and applicable laws. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• MBO 4 or HBO level, in Facility Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or similar.
• At least 5 years in facility management, workplace experience or similar operational environment, with some coordinating/managerial exposure.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders; proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Excellent English; Dutch language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facilities team activities and ensure efficient execution of all facilities tasks.
• Serve as the primary contact for client, suppliers and internal stakeholders; monitor service delivery quality.
• Analyze operational performance, monitor budgets, and identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment and adherence to laws and CBRE standards.
