Job summary

Vopak is seeking a proactive Facility Lead to manage the Westerlaan Rotterdam location, coordinating hard and soft facility services, and leading a small team. The role involves contract negotiation with Procurement, budget oversight, and ensuring a safe workplace for staff, visitors, and suppliers.

You will report to the SVP HR and Communications and will work in a hybrid setup, with a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement within an international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Facility Management.
• 5 years of leading facility operations in a complex international setting.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize facility services for the Westerlaan office, including hard and soft services and minor workspace modifications.
• Manage a team of 2 and oversee stakeholder engagement with senior management.
• Handle contract management for Fleet Management, Security, Cleaning, Catering and Reception.
• Oversee financial management: annual budget, PO approvals and invoices, aligned with budget.
