Job summary

Koninklijke Vopak N.V. seeks a Facility Lead who will report to the SVP HR and Communications.

The role leads a small team and oversees the Westerlaan office facilities, ensuring safe, efficient operations and alignment with corporate standards. You will manage contracts, budgeting, and service providers, drive hard and soft services, and coordinate with senior leadership on space planning and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Facility Management and 5 years of leading Facility operations in a complex international setting.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Managing 2 team members.
• Periodic contract management.
• General upkeep of the building.
• Safety & security.
• Financial management.
• Planning and organizing facility services of the Westerlaan office: hard services (repair & maintenance), soft services (hospitality, cleaning, security and catering) and minor workspace modifications / office layout alterations.
• Take responsibility for stakeholder management with senior management.
• Contract Management, including Fleet Management, Security, Cleaning, Catering and Reception.
• Financial Management; compile yearly budget, approve purchase orders and invoices.
• Manage all activities in line with the budget.
