Job summary

NXP Semiconductors Nijmegen is seeking a Facilities Contract Manager & Demand Manager to align non-industrial facility services with business needs. You will manage contracts, lead demand planning, and coordinate with Facilities Engineering and providers to deliver efficient, future-ready workplaces.

Role requires 5+ years in facility/contract management, technical understanding, and strong Dutch/English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in facility or contract management.
• Experience managing facility projects with engineers, contractors and providers.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main Facilities contact for non-industrial buildings and occupants.
• Own and manage non-industrial facility projects including renovations and upgrades.
• Review and manage contracts with Facilities vendors in collaboration with Global Procurement.
• Evaluate vendor performance and drive service quality, cost control and continuous improvement.
• Develop office housing and workplace plans meeting business needs.
