Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree combined with business understanding and technical literacy.
• Experience in facility management, contract management or workplace management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Act as main Facilities contact for non-industrial buildings and occupants.
• Own and manage non-industrial facility projects with Facilities Engineering.
• Review and manage contracts with Facilities vendors with Global Procurement.
• Evaluate vendor performance and drive service quality and cost control.
• Review supplier quotations and challenge commercial and technical assumptions.
• Develop office housing and workplace plans meeting business needs.
• Coordinate with municipalities, real-estate stakeholders and contractors.
• Monitor facility requests, set priorities and coordinate follow-up.
• Prepare and manage budgets, multi-year plans and business cases.
