Job summary

Vintage.com is seeking a Facilities Operative (Cleaning) based at our Netherlands sites. You will maintain clean, hygienic and well‑presented workspaces, restrooms and shared spaces to support a safe and welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll work independently and as part of the Facilities Team, following site procedures for cleaning, hygiene and safety while raising issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, facilities or a hands‑on role focused on high standards.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean.
• Ability to organise and prioritise tasks across a working day.
• Reliable and proactive, with a practical approach to problems.
• Ability to follow cleaning, hygiene and safety procedures consistently.
• Friendly and approachable communication with colleagues.
• Experience using commercial cleaning products or equipment.
• Experience managing cleaning supplies or stock levels.
• Previous experience in a workplace facilities environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep workspaces, communal areas, restrooms and kitchens clean and well presented.
• Monitor stock of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Respond quickly to cleaning needs in high‑traffic areas.
• Maintain safe and organised storage of equipment and products.
